Q - Do you ship to the UK?
A - Yes, although our UK friends will have to pay additional customs fees for anything containing cursed remains or animal by-products.
Q - What is your return/refund policy?
A - Within 30 days of receiving the package, customers may return their merchandise for a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping. After 30 days, customers may return their purchase to the void from whence it came by throwing it off a bridge, or into an active trash compactor.
Q - Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
A - At this time, we unfortunately do not offer discounts on bulk orders due to the current high cost of human tears on the black market.
